Centurion Property Group has completed the acquisition of ONE Eleven South, a Class A, purpose-built student housing community serving students at Georgia Southern University in Statesboro, Georgia.
ONE Eleven South is a 709-bed community comprised of 193 units across multiple four-story residential buildings. Originally developed in 2013, the property features a mix of two-, three-, four-, and five-bedroom floor plans with private bathrooms and walk-in closets designed to meet the needs of today’s student renters. Community amenities include a resort-style swimming pool with a lazy river, fitness center, tanning beds, and multiple shared spaces for studying and socializing.
The transaction was arranged by Berkadia, which also secured acquisition financing for the property. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
The community will continue to be professionally managed by Asset Living, one of the nation’s leading student housing operators, ensuring continuity of operations and a strong resident experience.
“ONE Eleven South is a well-located property serving a large and growing university,” said Aldo Facchi of Centurion Property Group. “We believe Georgia Southern University offers strong long-term fundamentals, and we look forward to working with the on-site team to continue delivering a high-quality housing experience for its residents.”
Located less than a half mile from Georgia Southern University’s main campus, the property benefits from strong proximity to campus and access to the university’s student population of more than 26,000 students.
